Started out stepping on a roach walking in to check into the hotel. Hotel had double doors but the outside doors were propped open. Check in was fine but took a little long. The unit did not smell right. I tried to lock the deadbolt on the door but it was very difficult to lock. After several minutes of trying, I raised the door and it finally locked. Was difficult to unlock the next morning. The a/c unit was turned on to 60 degrees but never really kept the room cool. There was a coffee maker but the part that covers the reservoir was missing. The toilet moved around when you sat on it. There was a lot of caulk applied to the base on the toilet. Breakfast was not good.

The room was very clean. The manager was so nice. He even rushed to get the room ready so we could check in early. Everywhere in the hotel smelled clean. Only complaint my husband and I had were the pillows are super uncomfortable

We arrived late and had been driving all day. The phone in the room started ringing and would not stop. We had to unplug it. The air conditioner kept making a loud noise and did not work well. We had to shut it off in the middle of the night because it kept waking us up. We had another long day of driving and we had a rough nights sleep. If it wasn’t 2am we would have requested another room.

Room looks clean. but needs a renovation! the old rug smells.. and the shower curtain stinks! but we had a good sleep.

Breakfast options were scanty and inappropriate for diabetics!
Rm 133 had no luggage holder. Only option was to place it on bed when open!
Thankfully, our suitcase exteriors were clean and dry!
Staff was professional and friendly. We’ll keep it in mind for future visits.
