Room did not have internet . Tv requires to see live tv. lock on door were missing. False advertising. It took over half an hour to find somebody to get keys for the room the office closed and had a big dog in it. I have postures, send me a link. I would appreciate some kind of reimbusement

Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. She also explained (and I confirmed) that all other hotels within vicinity were booked up. I ended up booking last room available at the Angel Fire resort we were skiing out of. Was not planning on having to pay resort room rates but under circumstances I had no options.

Well as soon as we got there they told us that they were in a dispute with the owners and we might get harassed in the middle of the night. To just ignore them and not open the door

The room was dark and needed better lighting. The light in the toilet/shower area was flickering, possibly a short or loose wire. We had to leave early and didn't have a chance to relay the flickering light issue to the staff. Also the 2nd floor railing outside our room #208 seemed wobbly and needed to be stabilized.

No staff on grounds. We were unable to check into our room. Called every number available, no answer. Ended up sleeping in our vehicle in the front parking lot.

No air conditioning and a fan in the window and did not feel safe due to not being able to lock the window and there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot of the hotel.
