I simply was not happy. When I showed up she didn't even come to the desk right away because she was asleep over off to the side and then when she did come she didn't even bother to ask for my ID card she asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a room then I showed her the reservation information and she said that wasn't their reservation information and then proceeded to say that she found my information in the system after she got a hold of my ID card but that my address was in matching up I don't know what was going on but it took a little bit of time for me to even get registered but I guess you get what you pay for

Booked room for 2 adults and 2 beds. Only one bed in room for myself and my adult son. Clerk stated this is what was reserved and no 2 bed rooms available.

The property is not up to date. There were holes in the bedspread. Generally clean. Staff are very impersonal. Breakfast was scarce. Don’t know if I’d book here again.

The shower wall was all smashed up. The baseboards were falling off. The refrigerator looked like something died on the outside of it. We went to get breakfast that started at 600am and at 630am when we went 3 mini muffins was all that remained. Supposedly breakfast was offered until 9am.

the air was fine but there were exposed wires, burns in the blankets and tub. It was very dirty, and the cleaning crew woke us up trying to clean before it was even check out time.

A few years back it was a good place for a good quick stay. I can’t say the same for this time. Awful smoke smell, they did offer me another room. I took the loss for two nights and left. Staff ment well, unfortunately room was not in good shape
