I got the premium suite- room 100. The room smelled really bad, the staff and I were unable to get the smell to go away. It smelled like cat pee. I couldn’t get the tub or the hot tub to drain. If that staff wasn’t so amazing, I would never set foot in there again.

Paid for two nights through Expedia was asked for a credit card for incidentals. Was charged an additional night after I had already checked out on my credit card. Called several times for a refund and kept getting told only the manager can do refunds. Attempted several calls and conveniently the manager is never there. Finally gave up
