Clean room, lots of flies.
Room clean but run down with multiple flies. Reception person not very friendly. Did not stay.
Room had gnat like bugs attracted to light.
Above issue. Otherwise room was clean. Bath/shower was not completely handicap friendly. Sides of tub was too high. I did appreciate the rails. Parking was not handicap friendly and dangerous. Needs immediate repairs. Office lady was very nice and helpful.
Pleasant, clean, affordable.

I have stayed at this property many times but this is the first time since it became a Travelodge. The experience was not so good. Upon check in they demand an HSF Eco fee of $2. Not a lot, but the Expedia fee is supposed to include all taxes and fees. The property seems to have many long term residents with BBQ outside their rooms. The gardens don't seem to be maintained. I think there are other choices nearby that may be better.

No coffee maker which was stated as an amenity, just enough towels, bathroom could be cleaner and toilet was clogged not working properly. It was what I expected for price, though.

The hotel made me pay an additional $2 for some reason. When I got to the room, none of the lights worked. After I brought all my things in I looked behind the nightstand to find an extremely damaged outlet, which explains why there was no power. I saw food remnants and cockroaches underneath the bed. I immediately got everything out of my room and asked for a refund. The person working the desk was no help and I gave him back my keys. They gave no receipt. I contacted Expedia who did contact the hotel and they denied giving me a refund. They did not provided what I paid for so now I have to dispute the charge to my card.
