Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.

There was confusion over the length of our stay (2 nights) every time we visited the office, including the time our key cards stopped working the second day. The room had a stale smoky smell. The towels were so threadbare they were translucent! We were provided a quarter roll of toilet paper with no holder in the bathroom so I had to fetch one from the office, along with coffee that was watery and worthless. Suspicious stains on the bathroom wall. Pillows were flat and mattresses were not. I expect better quality than this from a chain location, even a budget level place!

Original room had an overpowering cleaning “perfume” smell. Smell was not tolerable. Also found 3 hairs on the sheets. Requested room change and additional set of sheets which clerk readily provided. On a positive note, the evening clerk provided his personal phone charger to keep my phone from dying.

There were bed bugs , my children got ate up and they wanted to offer another room. We all know if there is bugs and several different rooms are experiencing bites the bugs are going to be everywhere. Over all do not recommend.

Clean room

First, the pillows barely qualify as pillows. Bring your own. Second, the pool was closed. Nothing said why or if it will open at all. Third, bring earplugs. Noisy neighbors all night

There were many filthy dirty mattresses outside right by the parking lot, the water in the pool was green and dirty, the toilet in the room didn’t flush, unless you lifted the lid and adjusted the flapper valve, they did not clean our room once despite asking them to and we stayed there three nights, they had no continental breakfast as advertised. When we asked why they didn’t have continental breakfast, the girl said they were waiting for their permit. There were no items, such as shampoo, conditioner or lotion and it was noisy during the night. Also, they posted a Fine for smoking on the property, and there were two burn marks from cigarettes on the bathtub, and the linens had holes in them. Please, Expedia, remove this motel from your site.

The staff was nice, the room clean. Microwave and fridge worked good. If you have sleeping issues this will be a challenge- right on 20. They are redoing the rooms so mattresses and box springs piled in the back. I’m sure that’s temporary. Last minute booking. Close to fast food and gas stations.
