Had to check out a day early to deal with a flooding issue from hurricane Helene. The hotel refused to refund for the last day even though I let them know when I checked in that I would need to leave a day early.
This was my 5th and last stay at this hotel. I understand that it is under new management. I don’t think I would have had this problem with the former manager.
