Staff terrific. Room disappointing but clean.
We were disappointed in the somewhat seedy looking room with shower dismal, bad paint job coming off. Otherwise, room was clean but bathroom needed update. Staff excellent, especially the desk customer service woman around 3;30 pm who helped me print our boarding passes on July 7.

They kept calling and telling us we had to switch rooms for maintenance knowing we had book the room for 5 days, told us we would get a discounted on our next stay even tho i wouldn’t go back and wasn’t even from the state

daily housekeeping terrible. no amenities at all when we checked in and no housekeeping the following day.
Couldn't check in in the front desk/ office, checking in through a small window.

however the staff is friendly.

The room smelled like an ashtray for being a non smoking room. Floor was dirty,shower hear had a hole in the Ballard leaked. Beds we very well used and uncomfortable. Sad that I chose the place glad it was just for a short night.
