This was my first stay here and I was pleased with the cleanliness and quiet. Will use you again when I'm in town.

My stay at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington on December 11th and 12th, 2024 was excellent.
The two staff members at the front Desk, Marlene and Rubio were very helpful, informative, efficient, friendly and excellent.
Gabriella who was the Continental Breakfast chef prepared an incredible breakfast feast for everyone in the morning. She had a very friendly smile, disposition, and nature.
My housekeeper, Bascilia, was very patient with me for requesting a late check out time. My room was excellent upon my arrival.
I am very happy and grateful for everyone at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington, for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant.

Sadly we did not have a good experience. Our sofa bed (which shouldn't be used anymore as springs were showing) came with no linens. We were given some blankets but said they couldn't give us a pillow and if we wanted more we would need to upgrade.

The staff and breakfast area surpassed my expectations, especially after entering my smelly room. Very noisey people at night on each side of me. Like at 1:09 am, i thought a chair was coming through the wall..... terrible nights. I was exhausted when i arrived home, 6.5 hours later
