Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

People were friendly welcoming, happy, rooms were clean, good location.

I would stay here again! Staff very friendly and they are pet friendly!

The hotel was good.

The hotel was clean.

A great place to stay!

The management and staff have done well with an older property. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The desk clerk stated that the new owner (manager?) has improved and is improving the property. We can tell that this is true.

The stay it's self was nice, front desk staff was wonderful. Rooms were decent, floors were a little dirty but not bad. However management was horrible and very rude to the front desk staff. Little content, we had a weekend planned of jun activities for my besties birthday. On Saturday night I tripped over the edge of the handicap ramp (no indicators at the top of the ramp to show the difference in level)and had to be taken by EMS to the hospital. Sunday morning I let the front desk staff know of the fall and injuries I sustained from the fall and wanted to file an incident report. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, but her manager was not so helpful. He was extremely rude to her and at times yelled at her. Would not provide his name, he was not professional at all. Sunday afternoon the staff added indicators to all the handicap ramps. Management has not reached out to ask if I am ok, I have a fractured rib, internal bruising, and many parts of my body are uncomfortable. Again the front desk staff was wonderful but management could use some training on customer service.

We had a great stay at your hotel. Easy access to downtown Helen.
