Friendly staff. Had problems with the TV and they made that right. Even when they had to replace it. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

When we arrived around 9:30 PM, there were several individuals walking around the parking lot using their phone flashlights to search for something, which immediately raised concerns. As we walked to our room, we noticed someone pacing back and forth on the second-floor walkway. Upon reaching our room, we found the door partially ajar, and the light switch was not functioning properly. The bathroom appeared extremely unclean and looked as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The conditions were so poor that I immediately checked the beds for bedbugs. None were found, thankfully. Overall, the property did not feel safe or well-maintained. Due to these concerns, we chose to leave and requested a refund, which the staff stated would be processed. We ultimately stayed elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property and would not consider staying here again.

Booked a stay with my family of 4. Checked in 6/20 and checked out the same day. The property did not look like the photos. The room was very dirty and there was a dead cockroach in the room. We did not feel comfortable staying the night. I brought the issues up to the front desk and was told they could not give me a refund. I do not recommend staying here.

Good price, clean property, comfy bed good value for the money

Room not clean, smelled like smoke, broken fridge, hairs and stains on sheets, burn marks on bedding.

I have stayed here, sometimes long term, almost a month. I have always had a pleasant experience. It is close to freeways, if going to Sedona or Grand Canyon. There are plenty of good restaurants, gas stations, Walmart 5 minute drive. Flagstaff is beautiful any time of the year.
