we chose this hotel while traveling on icy roads after an 8 hr drive on icy roads, stressed, tired, stiff and sore. Looking forward to a soak in the hot tub. Hot tub out of service!!! This needs to be stated on web site! I couldn't call due to poor service. The remote control for TV was sticky, gross, caked with god knows what. There was something growing in the juice drain at breakfast, call before you go!!!
