I felt like I could have lived there for the rest of my life.
Staff was excellent
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect spot right off the highway, but also not far away from the town. The room and pool were clean and enjoyable.
Exceptional Customer Service
The hotel staff showed exceptional customer service. I'm grateful they had availabilities during the homecoming festivities at Carson Newman. I would definitely be coming back again thank you for the great hospitality.

Very close to I-40 but our “mountain view” room was perfectly quiet. The room was completely renovated with very nice linens. Be aware that this is an old style motel where you enter your room directly from the parking lot. There is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was typical and included waffles, hard boiled eggs, and biscuits & gravy. Enjoyed a swim and then drove into the historic town of Dandridge— highly recommended if you have time.

A fine hotel and enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the manager was genial, Taste of Dandridge nearby was a great place to have dinner, and the hotel breakfast offered hot and cold options. No complaints! Would stay here again 😊
