The building and rooms are much older than I had anticipated which never really bothers me but when I entered the room, the sheets were a dingy color and the pillows looked like someone had laid down on them. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, which was the only highlight of this trip. When I returned from my dinner, I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush and at the same time discovered my door would not lock with the bolt. When asked for assistance, the staff also discovered the door wouldn’t lock and told me that I would be safe with the little flip lock at the top of the door because they would watch on the cameras! At 10:30 at night I was awakened by a public safety announcement that told everyone in the area to lock their doors. Stay inside and turn their lights on. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep that night. Further, it didn’t look like anything in the room had been wiped down. The microwave was disgusting and greasy even on the outsider! Needless to say, I did not stop there on my way back home and have just finished a wonderful and restful sleep at the quality Inn in Fillmore Utah. Highly recommend them!

Rooms are clean but thats about all that was positive. It is kind of their slow season so I give some benefit of the doubt but property had garbage on the outside and hot tub was a second pool.

The heater couldn’t be turned on. There was a horrible smell. Even I went in there room after checking in the window was open. It was 41 degrees outside. I assume they were trying to air it out and forgot to close it. The indoor pool was like a glacier lake and the hot tub should be called a Luke warm bath. Overall not the best stay I’ve ever had.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fair. Front desk staff were friendly. Hotel needs some updating for sure.

Clean, nice bed, quiet.

Room was dirty and heat was stuck on 80. Pool and hot tub weren’t working. Staff was rude and didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t have fed my dog the breakfast. Was traveling for Valentine’s day and thought because it was a win gate we were good!!! Don’t stay there 0 out of 10 don’t recommend!!!! we w
