The door lock was broken, so obviously our door wouldn't lock. What was supposed to be shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was actually just body lotion and 2 bottles of conditioner, as well as the hand "soap" was actually just body lotion. The curtains were literally ripped off completely halfway down.

The place was OK, very run down looking, but also the lowest price I would find in the area. I arrived late, slept for the night and left in the morning so for that, it was fine. Bedding was clean, towels were clean. I did not eat the breakfast, it was cereal, baked goods and waffles. I try to eat healthy and it was not healthy food.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed the bed linens were heavily creased and appeared used. This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. I'd like to have this addressed immediately.
