I like this place, perfect for access to NRT.
I wanted a,place near New River Trail. This hotel does everything well. Comfortable, basic, food, nice desk folks, well lit, perfect access to I77, NRT, BRPrkway. I'll be back.
Emergency Stay with Very Positive Experience.
Due to car breakdown, ended up here with two dogs while on long road trip. Check in with Brooke was easy, her kindness helped ease my distress and the room was clean, comfortable (soft pillows :) and secure. Entire experience pleasant, bonus breakfast in clean space and even my dogs relaxed. Grateful for Brooke in morning to be accommodating with my car/garage dilemma. Everyone in Hillsdale has been genuinely nice! Kindness goes a long way! Thank you.

Our assigned room had no towels and a used wash cloth hanging over a towel bar. The room we're moved to had not had the used filter removed from its coffee maker. There was no regular coffee ready to replace the first batch that had been made for breakfast and the coffee cups had no lids.

Check in was great. Room seemed fine as we walked in. Until we got close to the bathroom. There was dirty towels hanging up, hair everywhere, tooth paste in the sink and soap still in the shower. There was one hand towel, no towels. I had to go to the office to get towels where I told the staff the bathroom wasnt clean and the dirty towels were left. She just rolled her eyes. The previous room keys were left as well. I questioned if the sheets had even been changed.

This was probably the fastest I’ve ever checked into a hotel before. It took maybe the front desk, 1:30 min to handover the room key.
