was unaware of some of the rules they have in place for the third shift and instead of telling me and them be followed they just told me that i had to check out and kept my deposit because i had 3 teenagers stop by my room after 10 on!! It highly
upset me being already in a bad situation they made it worse!! It was 7 people including my own family as well as myself. They kept my deposit on which they had no valid.reason the housekeeping staff was amazing and they were very good until the older lady working 3rd shift wanted to be an ass

The original room I booked had roaches and other bugs all over the room. After talking to the front desk and trying to change rooms there were roaches in that room as well. Ended up cancelling and going to a different hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
