Room smelled of smoke. Smoke detector broken off wall. No towels available?!? No shampoo/conditioner. Chain lock broken off of door.

The young lady at the front desk who checked us in on Friday afternoon (4/24/25) was great! She also assigned us a newly renovated room which was very nice. The rest of the property was a construction disaster! Sidewalks blocked with room debris, breezeway dark and dirty, pool closed, unmowed grass all around, parking lot in desperate need of repair/resurfacing. The βfree breakfastβ was also pretty disappointing. Our fault! We got what we paid for! Thatβs why it was so much cheaper than the surrounding properties.

The Inn was renovating rooms, and our room's bathroom was not finished. The room next to us was also being renovated, started at 8:00 AM.
