THERE IS NO HOT TUB!!! It should be removed from the description. The ONLY reason I rented at this hotel was because it says hot tub on site. There is no clarification, the review box literally asked me how the hot tub was… A frequently asked question is: is there a hot tub and the answer is yes there is a deep soak tub in each room. That is not true at all. There is a mini bathtub that you might want to think twice about…I literally didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor barefoot and I hike barefoot…the staff was friendly, and said there is one jetted tub in a private room. Why is that not in the description or answered in the FAQ. It’s false advertisement… I was bamboozled. If I wasn’t going to get a hot tub I would have stayed somewhere else

Very friendly helpful staff. David goes to great lengths to help you. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Top notch all around. Convinent to food and shopping. Stay here. You will get not regret it.

My room was very clean bathroom and all. Staff very friendly. They can work on getting their ice machine fixed other than that I have no complaints.

The room had an unpleasant odor (like a locker room) and overall really needed a deep clean. This I can overlook normally, however, upon getting ready for bed, I realized that when I began to turn down the covers, the sheets were covered in another person’s hair. Not just one strand. Enough to cause concern. I had to request new sheets, and I made the bed myself. The duvet was no longer white but basically solid yellow. Fortunately I had a blanket in my car to use. (To be clear I have no problem with making my own bed. But was a little annoyed that it appeared the sheets had not been changed or properly cleaned. The floor desperately needed to be mopped. Front desk service was great! I was just disappointed as the recent reviews had given me hope of a relatively clean room.

Room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I was glad she put me on the ground floor will definitely be coming back.
