Wonderful Overnight stay at Mt Airy NC.
Heading to Myrtle Beach from MI and wanted to find a place that was 3/4 the way of the trip and pet friendly. Found both at this Quality Inn. Very clean, breakfast included, could not ask for more. Will be our regular stop for the trip(s) in the future.

Loved room but didn't like that there wasn't an elevator for 2nd floor. Last minute booking and only had 2nd floor . Very hard to go up 14 steps with luggage and small dog

Room was small and bathroom was tiny…barely room for 1 person in bathroom. Could not even close the door while on the toilet. Bed was extremely uncomfortable…felt like springs poking me in the back and leaned slightly where people had been sitting on it. Mattress needs to be replaced (room 112). Recliner would have been a nice feature but it was broken and wouldn’t recline. TV listing showed only channels and no channel giving a guide showing what was on the channels so you basically just had to scroll through each channel which made it impossible to watch anything from the beginning. Bath tub did not have anything to prevent slipping on the tub bottom.
