The person who works the day shift is kind and helpful. The owner has a tendency to be short with clients, cuts off patrons while they are speaking, and needs guidance in providing quality customer service.
The room was fine; however, it is time for new carpet. The toilet/shower room is extremely small. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and clean.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I was in the area.

Manager Dino Patel was very friendly especially at the very late hour we arrived. He even joked with us a little bit on our way out too. His hospitality definitely helped make our trip easier and more relaxing.
