Horrible! Found a live bed bug crawling! Front desk came to the room, picked it up with a key card, then proceeded to toss it out into the hallway. When I caught him doing this he acted as if he stepped on it and killed it. I immediately told him I was leaving the property. Requested a refund and was told a manager would be contacting me. After a week, they decided they would not give me a refund but 50% off my next stay! Unreal! Do not stay here!

Clean and well cared for room. Mattress (in our room) was enclosed in zippered waterproof cover.
The hallways were very clean. Receptionist was polite and clear in his questions. Well lit parking lot.

The bed would make the sound similar of a metal panel popping anytime someone was moving in the bed or sat down in the bed. It woke each other up each time either of us moved.
