We had a great two day stay. Bed was fine. Shower was great. Yes I heard the train overnight one time. No big. Will come back again for sure.

Stuff not helpful at all

Great place and clean

I absolutely do not recommend this property. I arrived late on a Friday night, and was assigned and occupied room. When I notified the desk and they gave me another room, that one was occupied as well. By this time it was 10 o’clock at night, and the guest staying in the second room was angry. Understandably so. It put me in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. When I refuse to try a third room and request requested a refund, my request was not honored. It’s been two days, and I have not yet heard from the daytime manager. Very, very disappointed.

Pool & hot tub closed for the “season”. Breakfast was limited. Room itself was great and nicely furnished. Hotel was quiet and not very busy. Seemed safe and felt very comfortable. Stayed for a week and would stay again.

Breakfasts sucks

Worst customer service. Awful to checkin to a room that was filthy at the end of a long travel day. Then to have no considerations.

Intense cigarette/ashtray smell in the room, toilet did not flush properly, TV remote didn't work and the office had to be locked at all hours due to unsafe neighborhood.

It was a bad experience. They advertise that the room was 2 queen beds and there not, the sheets from both beds had old stains, we ask for them to change them and they brought 2 more set with stains on them as well. Toilet didn't work properly.

Disgusting rooms and dishonest staff—Avoid! Rating: 1/5 Stars I would strongly advise anyone considering this motel to look elsewhere. Our stay was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Cleanliness: The room was in unacceptable condition. Both the toilet and the shower were visibly dirty upon arrival. It’s clear that basic hygiene and cleaning protocols are not being followed here. Theft: The most upsetting part of our stay occurred 30 minutes before checkout. While my husband was taking a load of items down to the car, the cleaning lady entered the room and stole his hat. It is shocking that staff would take personal property from a room that hasn't even been vacated yet. Between the filth and the lack of integrity from the staff, this was a terrible experience. We will not be returning, and we'll be contacting management/corporate to file a formal complaint regarding the theft.
