When I checked in late at night there was a sketchy looking man sitting in a cargo truck in the parking lot very late at night and they were not even aware of it even though it was clearly visible on their security camera on the monitor when I checked in at the front desk.
The sheets had nasty stains from bodily fluids on them and one set was dirty. They ran out of syrup for breakfast and did not have anymore in the hotel.

The only quibble I have is that when I made the reservations, the hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I got there, I was told although I had reserved two rooms, only one of them could take pets. We had to put our pets into the one room. I would say that their marketing as pet friendly is not accurate.

The staff were friendly. The room needed some extra TLC. The curtains looked like someone with poopy hands opened them and the valance had something splattered on it. One of the beds had a bedspread with stains.
