Outstanding Staff
EVERY employee was so kind and helpful. We were on a difficult trip for a family funeral. To have such kind employees helped. Terry greeted us late at night, Ray helped us in the morning and Stacy kindly helped us check out. Would stay here when back in Hannibal.

Not really the hotels fault but kids running rampage on the weekend I was there, got hit in the face enjoying the hot tub by a volleyball.

Clean and comfortable.
Terry at the front desk was awesome. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We will stay again!

Good Hotel
The hotel has nice size rooms. The breakfast room was nice and large. I liked the fact they used glass plates and glasses and real silverware instead of plastic!
Well maintained, good service, good breakfast.
The hotel looked clean and everything seemed in good order. I have been very disappointed with the breakfast in most hotels. This was the best breakfast I have seen in quite some time. A good selection of items and good quality.
