My hotel stay was good.

The staff was very willing to work with me. I had booked our reservation a month in advance. However, I forgot to request a ground floor for my parents. I called two days before our reservation, explained my parents situation and they helped me out. Every time we stay at this hotel (Sun Prairie, WI) we get friendly service! Thank you!

Had to ask for room to be cleaned fridge rattled every time it kicked on very annoying but the whole family was nice breakfast was rather poor

Just a one night stop over so the price took me to the hotel. It was very convenient from the main road. In a quiet area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offerings were good. Hot and cold options. 2 Waffle makers which is my favorite.
