Much less than I would have expected from a Choice Hotel.
I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk when I checked in. When I got to the room, the light switch did not turn on any light, do I had to grope around tryin to find a light switch that worked. The TV or ? Remote did not work at all. I prefer a bath over a shower, but there was no way to keep eater in the tub. T he paint on the bottom of the tub was peeling off in little chips. The bottom of the bathroom door was black, cracked and peeling. It looked like mold. The bed was hard. But at least the room was warm.

Great customer service, check in was prompt and on point, room had issues with lights not turning on and heater eighter was on or off no in between.

The property was very dirty upon arrival, trash left in the room, mirror very dirty. We saw a mouse run across the room and was offered another room. Upon entering that room, there was urine on the toilet, mold on walls and food in dresser drawers.

Did not end up staying at this hotel as there were bugs on the curtains, a fist sized hole in the bathroom door, a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping, dirty sheets, & dirty water that hadn’t been drained from the bathtub as well as a lock on the door that was broken. Asked for a full refund and was told I could only get half. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This property is rundown and very unkempt. It did not feel super safe. It had a very unpleasant smell. I would not stay again.

Lots of sketchy activity around this place. They continue trying to double charge me and they cant talk to anyone up front. Not a good place.
