I was put in a room with an adjoining door to another room… which was hollow, with a huge gap underneath. This means I could hear EVERYTHING next door. The guy coming in at 12:36 in the morning, crashing around and swearing. I called the front desk and no one answered. I then asked through the door “hey man, could you keep it down a bit please?” His response: “I got you man”. Then, he proceeded to crash around for hours. Then the next morning… little baby Emilia and her mom show up and she cries, and cries, and cries… and has a little rolling plastic thing, that she rolls across the laminate flooring, crashing and crying and crashing and crying, while her mom just occasionally says “ah emilia, I’m going to count to three… one, two three…” then is silent while her emilia cries and whines. I left exhausted, unrested, and frayed.

Checkin was good and the property in about a mile from Costco and there is a Total Wine & More even closer. Parking is free and there are a few places to eat in walking distance. The staff was friendly and eventually accommodating. I say that because we were put in a room underneath people who stomped non-stop. It took us about 30 mins to realize the noise wouldn't stop. We reported this to the front desk and the response was we will tell them to cool it down. Needless to say the noise continued. We went back to request a different room. They accommodated us. They put us on the second floor so we weren't underneath anyone. Both room were clean. The breakfast was a bit of a disappoint. They offered some hot food but the quality was a bit lacking. Overall I wouldn't recommend the property but I would recommend the local area. Its real close to downtown at a lesser price. I also recommend you try Downtown BBQ at 610 3rd st. We had chicken and ribs and both were fantastic.

Mattress was terrible. They need replacing. Could feel springs and mattress was sagging. Not a great night sleep. Also, something runs all night long. Don’t know if it’s the heating system or what. When my husband got up at 2am you could hear a spring pop in the mattress. Won’t be staying there again.

The room was okay, however the hidabed that was in the room was not made and they couldn't provide linen to make it, luckily we had our own blankets with us!!! The breakfast was not the best not very many options i mean they had a waffle maker which is always nice, but no toopings other than light syrup, there wasn't any fruit or any yogurts other than diet and light, ao we were glad we had already brought some breakfast foods with us..... The stay was comfortable enough the bed was great and so were the pillows, also the TV services we good as.well.....
