Kitty and Barb were very nice and are assets to your hotel. They are exactly what staff should be when tired travelers come in wanting to rest. They are very informative and knowledgeable and Kitty came ou our room to reset our TV. Thanks to your whole team.

This was my first hotel experience in ten years. It was better than I remember from other places in the past. The room was very clean and neat with a scrubbed bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was bountiful and well stocked. The location ended up being perfect for the event I was attending. I would return in the event I needed a place to stay again. Royal Gorge was only a short distance away.

Tub was either dirty or stained, electricity wld go on and off thru night for my cpap wldnt run consistently and tv wld go in and out. Finally outside sliding door wldnt open and no latch.

The TV in 1 of our 2 rooms was not functional. When this was mentioned to staff at checkout it was acknowledged as normal for the aging property. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
