We will be staying again.

Pros: • Reasonable location • Several restaurants within walking distance • Safeway nearby (about a 10-minute walk) Cons: • Property appears old and poorly maintained • Front entrance had construction/repair issues that looked unfinished • Tarp and duct tape visible on the building exterior • Piles of mattresses outside the property detracted from the appearance • Continental breakfast was low quality • In-room coffee was mediocre • No elevator; access to some ground-floor rooms required entering through a rear door, and the uneven concrete walkway was difficult to navigate for a guest using crutches Overall: The hotel was adequate for a short stay, but the condition of the property left a lot to be desired. I would likely stay elsewhere on a future visit.

Booked a queen but got a double bed instead

Property was obviously under renovation, but did not affect our stay. Check in was good despite the fact that he had a difficult phone call while I was waiting. he recovered quickly and was very pleasant. Breakfast was not equal to other Quality properties I've stayed at. Most everything was empty and when she brought it out, it was pretty cold. I had to microwave almost everything. Selection was pretty sparce also.

Good Price

Staff was great. Sauna, ice machine out of order. Remodel underway (?) with no compensation. Was not informed in advance.

They taped by credit car for $150 saying it would be returned promptly when we left. Two days later they are still holding on to the money.

Front entrance awning construction due to truck accident and under new management sign was a little disconcerting on arrival. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and good breakfast improved our feeling of the hotel.

For being an older property it was in very good condition. The staff went beyond what they had to to make sure that I was comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say about my stay at the Quality Inn in Lacey Washington is the location. It is very difficult when you're not familiar with that area of Lacey to identify where to turn into the parking lot. The entrance into the parking lot is so close to the lanes that have to go on the freeway that I found myself several times against unhappy traffic trying to get myself out of the freeway lanes and back onto the streets.

The building went under recent renovation. Rooms are clean. Area is quiet. Friendly staff.
