Had to get clean towels room overall was clean.

We requested a shower curtain change because it was very dirty, but it was never done. We had a limited breakfast menu.

Very nice staff, clean room, but curtains were in disrepair and didn’t block out the light from the parking lot.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. Will stay again.

We were given a room key at the desk. We climbed the stairs and our room was at the other end of the floor. We tried our key card many times and it would not work. I went down to the desk and the manager made a new key and hel could not get in either. While trying to open the door, a guy in the room opened the door, wondering what was going on The room was already rented by someone else. Fortunately he wasn't too upset, but it could have been much worse. We finally got a room across the hall. The room appeared dirty, outdated, and I saw 2 roaches in the corner of the room. It was a very restless night, and a terrible experience. I doubt we will ever rent a Quality Inn room after our experience. We paid over $120 for the room, which surprisingly had a good rating The elevator was out of order and so was the ice machine.

Close to Colt Creek State Park.

This was the filthiest hotel room I’ve ever been in; unit 207. This room was not rentable. Carpets and sofa filthy. Bedding looked reasonably clean but the mattress was stained and disgusting. Bedding was torn and in disrepair. Drapes were torn. Bathtub was wrote off. I had some welts on my body in the morning that weren’t there when we checked in. You could hear every sound from surrounding rooms. Elevator was out of service. Carpets in common areas were gross. Hotel looked decent from outside; looked to be in midst of renovation but our room should never have been rented to anyone. Smelled weird. I can’t believe this motel is part of the Choice Hotels chain. Obviously no one from head office is coming around to check on this property.

Room was sub par and had a smell o mildew

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and have been remodeled recently. Definitely recommend. All staff were professional and helpful.
