I got the King room with the whirlpool in the room. The whirlpool was disgusting, along with all of the upholstered furniture (couch and chair). There was no soap for the sink or shower. I would not recommend staying here for personal stays, possibly a "business stay".

Looked kinda run down. The handicapped lift for the pool was broke. Im wheelchair bound so I couldn't swim. The staff didn't seem to want to do anything about the fact that I couldn't get in the pool. A few lights in the room didn't work ect....

Sausage at breakfast was cold. Didn't see red light on the warmer until after we were done. Pool and hot tub were closed which meant disappointed kids. Hallways stink so bad. Like someone vomited and it was vacuumed then the vacuum used in other areas as well. Then there was a powerful air freshener used to cover it up for a few hours that was almost as nauseating. The ac was across the huge room, on the other side of tv stand, so it never reached our bed right beside the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didn't hold water entirely. You could hear it draining the whole time and see it going down slowly. I've stayed in several quality inns before but this is the worst I've been in.

Food was fresh and flavorful, staff was friendly and attentive. Linens were worn and building was dark and not welcoming.

Pool and hot tub were out of service, room had burned out light bulbs, bathroom had a terrible urine smell and toilet was stained. We left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay that night. Front desk staff was also rude.
