Don't go to this hole. I'm at Red Roof Inn in Georgia staff even helped me unload my car. Room clean I couldn't be more pleased. I'm booked here for a month.

During a recent stay at the Red Roof Inn, Tallahassee East I left my briefcase in our room when we departed. Superstar employee Henny was on the situation within hours. As soon as she contacted me she offered a seamless solution to get my items back to me ASAP and worked tirelessly (on her own time, after hours) to get them shipped off. My work is remote and my computer is my lifeline. Henny was an angel watching over me that day and I can't thank her and Red Roof Inn staff enough for taking good care of me. Eternally Grateful, Sara.

About what was expected, good location and price.

The hear dryer was broken, the microwave was dirty, the towels were overused and not really white.

It was comfortable

Room had strong bleach smell. Walls were very thin and people outside and above were easy to hear. Needed white noise on my phone to sleep.

The was no internet and the pool was closed, even though I had confirmed otherwise when I booked. When confronted by my disabled 72yr old wife, the front desk person named Robert complained about the staff member who had booked us, saying she didn't know anything. Then, when we expressed displeasure, actually trespassed us and called the police, and we were evicted from our room. We had driven 6 hours heading back to Tampa where our house had gotten flooded from the hurricane and needed the internet to book another room. Didn't matter. They evicted my wife of 50yrs and myself anyway. We have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel anywhere in the world. I should have known, the place was a bad as all the reviews. AVOID!

Nice clean place to stay. Rooms have been updated. Comfortable beds.
