During a recent stay at the Red Roof Inn, Tallahassee East I left my briefcase in our room when we departed. Superstar employee Henny was on the situation within hours. As soon as she contacted me she offered a seamless solution to get my items back to me ASAP and worked tirelessly (on her own time, after hours) to get them shipped off. My work is remote and my computer is my lifeline. Henny was an angel watching over me that day and I can't thank her and Red Roof Inn staff enough for taking good care of me.
