Our bathroom sink was clogged. Our toilet all had a disgusting smell to them. The room also has an odor to it. I told From desk and anything was corrected.

Hotel guests were so loud all night, they were smoking pot, and the gap in the curtains allowing the bright street light in all night made it difficult to get a good night rest.

Quality is not a word I would use to describe this establishment. The room was worn and dated and had multiple issues. The woman who checked us in on the evening ofFriday the 27th of December was awful. Customer service apparently is not her first best choice of jobs.

On the positive side the hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean as well and amenities were available such as soaps and shampoo plus hair drier and ironing board plus iron.
On the negative side although the hotel was clean as I mentioned earlier the property and rooms are in a very run-down condition. The breakfast bar was acceptable but mediocre.
While I'm more than sure the staff are doing the best with what they've got the premises need a major refresh. dy

Check in was smooth. Staff was nice and funny. Room was clean, little dated but comfy. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, waffles and breads. 1 night stay for World of Outlaws at Lincoln Speedway.
