If you’re looking for a basic room to sleep in, this is fine. But if you’re looking for luxury, avoid this place. The beds were really small and the pillows were minuscule. The tv didn’t work but we assumed it was the remote batteries. The entire building is run down. We were there to sleep one night and a very basic breakfast was included. It met our needs as we were passing through but I wouldn’t stay here for any other reason.

Seemed worn out. Rugs in the hallway were worn beyond reason, and the headboard seemed close to replacement with the wood worn down. Few wires hanging from air conditioning. No sign that it was comfort inn from outside. Staff was friendly and morning breakfast was good., I paid more than competing hotels and expected more. Instead I got acceptable for my extra money.

Very DIRTY, a lot of differed maintenance.

We arrived very late and when we checked in, the staff was very kind. However, things changed when we got to the room. There were exposed light bulbs and wires on the walls, most of which, did not work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there were holes in the ceiling all over the bathroom. Not only that, when I hung my towel on the hook, it fell off the wall. The next day, I went to ask where the cooking Utensils were since we had a kitchen in the room (what I paid extra for) and I was told that they do not supply those. I asked what the point of a kitchen was and the woman said “you have a jacuzzi”! Um, that doesn’t cook for me the four nights and five days I’m at the hotel. She looked at me like I was an idiot for not having cooking utensils. Why would I have cooking Utensils after flying 2200 miles? Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I have never felt so unwelcome and I had to pay for this.. yeah, not a great experience at all.

It’s a place to sleep and not much more. Close to the airport and Target (walking distance). Room was clean but dated and worn. Common areas are in rough shape.

Place was gross. Staff was super friendly. Shower in my room didn’t work. Pretty sure there was blood splatter for some reason on the ceiling. Place wants to be up to date but overall was gross. Ended up booking a new hotel for my second night. Will not be back.

Doors could be a little tighter so you didn't hear everything outside, but I think the reviews overall must apply to an older version of this hotel. Our room was updated and not bad

Very old motel complex, 3 two story buildings that is under construction. Lobby/checkin area was very dingy. Checkin person was nice but had our reservation mixed up with the wrong name and credit card. My husband is 85 and I am 75. They failed to tell us that there were no elevators to the second story only stairs and gave us a second story room. Not acceptable. Outside door to B building was wide open to all of the rooms. No security. Breakfast area was 4 tables, limited chairs and very little food choices. Our key card wouldn’t work the second day there because the desk had signed us out after one night. We had a 2 night stay. Very disappointing stay and Quality Inn is off our list of places to stay! Suzanne Broska
