Needed a night after a long day of driving and what a mess this Quality Inn was! Dirty sheets, cigarette burns in the bedding, noisy, door lock broken and random guys standing around. Room was non-smoking but the smell of smoke was so strong. I wanted to leave without a refund. Wish I read the reviews first.

Me and another customer experienced horrible condition water all over the floor holes in the wall roaches in the beds and towels were dirty

The hot water was off for hours. Its not the staff. Its the Owners.... I seen roaches. Its wasn't the flying water bugs either. It was Roaches.... From nastiness. They need to update and accommodate.
