Enjoyed our stay.
We came to this hotel for the Iowa State Fair. From the start the people at the front desk were very welcoming and willing to help out with any questions we had. Kudos to the cleaning staff as our room was in TIP TOP SHAPE with very comfortable beds. We didn't need a thing. I so was glad to have the fresh daily lemon water provided in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. It’s an older property so there is some wear and tear that could addressed. The free parking is a great perk. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham, yogurts, toast, bagels, fruit, juice and the option to make a fresh Belgian waffle. Close to the Casey’s arena formerly known as the Wells Fargo arena. Not far from downtown. Overally we were really happy with the stay. We would definitely book this property again.
