Clean, affordable and nice location. I made reservations over the phone and was told my room would have a riverside view but that wasn’t the case when checking in, but still enjoyed our stay and the Beef o Brady’s was excellent. Would stay here again.

I was very disappointed with this place as I had stayedthere before. I was bitten by bedbugs my daughter and I, I went to the front desk and asked if I could get another room due to the bites on my arms and we were changed to a different room.

We stay here for the Bluegrass Festival every year. Good location on the river with a cooling breeze, pet friendly with lots of grass to walk on, but extra charges. Room good with no complaints, everything functions and its clean. Good value, we will be back again next year. One block from Angels Cafe which is the oldest "silver trailer" cafe in Florida. 1932. Also, Palatka historic district two blocks away. Free breakfast is nothing to write home about.
