It was basically a place to sleep and change clothes. Beds were comfy and clean. Nothing fancy but we were happy with it.

The place has potential, but they are remodeling and really they should close down, remodel, then reopen. We had 2 rooms, 1 room the TV didn't work but they immediately brought in a brand new, in the box, TV. The Dish network they have has a terrible picture in all the rooms. 1 shower was upgraded pretty nice, the other didn't have hot water. The plug at the bathroom counter didn't work, neither did the hair dryer, and the fridge door was all rusted. BUT, the pool area is cool, and you can see the beach from the pool. The beach access is perfect too, so I was able to overlook all the flaws because the staff was great and the location was perfect.

I booked this room because it was very affordable, and the initial pet fee listed online was minimal. The posting also stated that a small breakfast would be provided. However, upon arrival, there was a sign stating that no breakfast was available and that only coffee would be offered. Unfortunately, when I went for coffee early Saturday morning, there was none available, and the same was true on Sunday morning. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but it still feels very dated overall. Our room remained hot throughout our stay, even though the air conditioner was blowing cold air. If I had not brought a fan with me, we likely would not have been able to sleep comfortably. The shower also had very poor water pressure unless the water was turned extremely hot. On a positive note, Kiki at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, some of the other staff members came across as unprofessional. During check-in, there were conversations among team members that seemed inappropriate to be having in front of guests. For the price and location, the stay was acceptable, but due to the issues we experienced, I would not choose to stay here again.

I hate writing this post because the workers and staff were so kind and wonderful and helpful. The woman working the wrong desk RAN that place. And i have nothing bad to say about the actual staff. During our stay the first thing we noticed was the bathroom sink was filthy and looked like it hadn't been touched and our bathroom door wouldn't shut. We are two girlfriends staying together so would like to be able to close the door. We weren't going to complain until we noticed our mini fridge wasn't working. Since we got in late on Friday, on Saturday we let them know the fridge wasn't working so they almost immediately brought a new one and offered to shave down our bathroom door so we could actually close it. They spent a while shaving down the door and it was finally able to close although with much force (the maintenance guy was very helpful and kind) our new fridge never worked either and ended having to toss all our leftovers. We also didn't have any hot water during the entire stay. The wood floors were constantly wet. I don't mean damp from humidity. I mean so wet it looked like someone threw water on the floor and had to lay towels all over to keep from stepping in small puddles. Almost all the outside doors to the rooms surrounding the pool outside looked like they had been broken into or trashed. I loved having beach access, but after all our issues, i will not be staying here again

Staff went above and beyond but no hot water property needs a lot of improvement ph levels in the pool looked like they haven’t been done heard some other people complaining about mold in the room tv’s need to be updated the picture was horrible.

Great location, in general everything was awesome, not know why people rate this hotel with under grades, I think they all I’ve in bel air mansions and have personal butlers and all that

Didn’t like the way property was. The property was way different than what the photos are online. Very disappointing. I only stayed 10 minutes and checked out has to go to another hotel. Waste of time and money on this place.

The room was disgustingly dirty, blood stains on the sheets and mattress, the doors didn’t shut properly, did not stay 10 mins before I checked out when we attempted to call to check out no one answered nor did they return the call

It’s going through development so there’s a lot of fixing that they’re doing. It’s a decent place to stay and mostly it was the shower that was a bit grungy. Otherwise, not a bad location and it’s a place to leave your stuff.
