Typically, when you think about quality inn, you think itโs a relatively safe bet. Not this place after driving 14 hours we were exhausted and ready to crash and driving into the parking lot. We saw multiple vehicles smoking marijuana hanging out making a lot of noise playing super loud music as our welcoming party. Our room had one pillow out of two beds. It smelt white marijuana smoke when we woke up the next morning our eyes were burning and irritated will never ever use quality suites again. This place should be shut down and burn to the ground instead of quality should be called crackhouse.

There was so much mold in our room that I broke out in a face rash almost immediately and had to take four Benadryl. I am allergic to mold spores and this is a health and safety issue. Staff was super kind and helpful but overheated and overworked. Management should be ashamed of themselves for subjecting people to this environment.

I have traveled the world and this is in my top 10 worst hotels. It smells, the sheets are dirty, there were bugs in the room, the ac worked poorly. If it wasn't the middle of the night when I checked in I would have left. I paid extra to get a bottom floor room because I am handicapped and stairs are very hard amd they told me they don't clean the bottom room and told my husband take it or leave it but we wouldn't get a refund. Don't stay here

Did not stay. The room was disgusting! Terrible smell that was eye watering. One bed had obvious fluids all over it, still wet. When I checked the mattress for bed bugs the bed was infested. Carpet was sticky as well. The health department needs to visit this property.

unclean and dirty , i booked 2 rooms with 2 queen bed , we got one room with king bed and another with 2 queen beds , this the worst motel room i ever stayed , the room with 2 queen bed does not have soap's and towels at all ,we checked in middle of the night , we were scared to go back to front desk enquire about the problems , expedia will loose credibility by listing this kind of property ,if you dont trust me go and check directly . i could not believe is this quality in motel or some nasty motel
the reason we took motel is to take couple hours rest , i did not got single second sleep
just for the sake have AC window , it is just making noise no use

This was the absolute worst stay ive ever had. There were exposed wires, dirty sheets, used items trash everywhere it was disgusting and very unsafe for my 5 yr old daughter
