Paid through Expedia. The hotel took a hold of 51. And change. 10+ days later they still had the hold.

If you like the convenience of bringing your luggages, there are No elevators to the second floor. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs smelled sour, no breakfast meat, no fruit or bagels like most hotels. Parking was tight.

This is an older property that has been updated. The rooms have been refreshed, however the bathrooms haven't received much attention. The tub was worn and there was rust on the fixtures. The biggest objection we had was how dirty the floors were and the carpet. After walking across barefooted and going into the shower our feet were black on the bottoms. Not much next door for restaurants. There's a waffle House and a Denny's and a Wendy's which are inside truck stops . If you're driving through & need a place to stay overnight,. this will be okay but I wouldn't recommend it for any other reason.

Room was what I expect from a Quality Inn - perfectly fine for a quick stop off the interstate. BEWARE of shady business practices and hidden fees, though! Arrived 2 hours before check-in and was told room was clean and ready. Got me checked in and as they're printing the room key told me there's actually a $37 fee for early-check in! At a Quality Inn...where the room has been empty for days I'm sure. Had no other choice but to check-in, but she put me and my small child in their smoking room. Reeked with dirty ashtray on the table. Called to move before even unloading my luggage and was told there was a $20 fee to change rooms. Pretty sure they put you in their only smoking room as a scam. Crazy work from a budget Interstate hotel - would be 5 stars for the price if not for their staff. Buyer beware, there are cheaper options once you factor in the fees!

Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Area felt safe. McDonald's next door and within walking distance. Gas station across the street. Close to the base and freeway. Beds were comfortable. Towels were stained and worn, time to be replaced. Water pressure could have been a little stronger. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Our Room was not in great condition and the staff were not helpful. Our bathroom door would stick and the refrigerator did not work. They said they would get back to us the next day to get it fixed, however, never came or followed up. We ended up moving across the street at the Days Inn! They staff at Days Inn were so polite and it was very clean.

The breakfast was minimal, did not offer much at all.

The breakfast is only from 6am to 9 am so that’s not cool. Management seemed like they hated life and were afraid to smile. The beds are like rocks, the front counter workers were amazing and very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently when visiting family stationed at Fort Campbell. It was extremely close to the base (a 7 minute drive) so it was super convenient! There were a few gas stations and fast food places nearby, including one gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance. The room was about what one would expect for a smoking room, but it wasn’t disgusting and the smell was minimal. The facilities were decent and you could tell that they had tried to improve the place. (The whole building looked like it had been painted in the last couple of years, and while we were there maintenance was working on filling in cracks/holes in the balcony.) They offered coffee and I think complimentary breakfast, but we didn’t utilize these. The minimal interactions we had with staff were pleasant (we didn’t need much and spent little time there other than sleeping.) Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a decent place to stay without breaking the budget. We’ll probably stay here again in the future!
