Terrific location in historic district with very easy, short walk to both the riverfront entertainment area, historic homes and squares, and to City Market. Older hotel needs a bit of TLC but fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly.

Carpet was filthy, tv wouldn’t work, had to call twice to front desk. Towels were worn and comforter had stains. Stairwells were full of trash, and ice machine on our floor out of order

Best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly and helpful and above and beyond.
The staircases were dirty.
The room was passable on cleanliness.
They never came to clean our room for 4 nights.
Not the management’s fault but the neighborhood was very noisy all weekend. I mean maybe they could done more sound insulation.

Parking was convenient. The room was very clean AND ac was cold and everything worked and was in good repair inside the room. The staff was super helpful. It is a great location but Bay St is super busy so it was really noisy in the front of the property. Would stay here again.
