Easy access to River Street and City Market.

Parking is a pain in Savannah. This place has surface parking and I like it better than garages. Hotel is just fine, it is clean and rooms are good too. I have stayed here many times while visiting Savannah. Cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. One lady in the office even brought me a plate of homemade chicken. You cannot beat that kind of friendliness!!!

great location. lots to walk to

The location is 9/10. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and it was so nice to be able to pit stop at the room without going out of our way. With the hotel being right off the road and close to everything, the night life is extremely loud even in the room. People shouting and cars revving all night long- welcome to the city! BUT the room we had was a 3/10 . I would say it was extremely grungy and had that sterotypical "Motel 6" vibe. Holes and cracks in the walls, there was a chapstick left in the corner that had clearly been there a while, the floor of the tub/shower was soft and extremely unlevel, and there was a moldy/moist/dusty thickness in the air of the room. The linens and towels appeared clean and some of the other rooms looked more well kept and nicer so maybe we just got an outdated room. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, ice bucket/cups, and shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. There was not any soap. TV had basic channels and the AC unit worked well, but was loud. The front desk lady that helped us check in was extremely helpful and friendly. We did not go down to eat breakfast but it sounded like they had good options. There is a very cute terrace/patio on the 2nd floor with tables and chairs. My biggest frustration was having to pay an additional $35/day for parking in the hotel parking lot that was not included in my reservation. Overall, good price & good location but I would not stay here again.

Although we went budget friendly for our short stay in Savannah this trip, the Staff was super friendly & maintenance was timely and extremely thorough with fixing plumbing upon our check in so we could leave and return from our event undisturbed as we requested .

The hotel was dirty inside and out...we did not even stay there...made alternative plans. Very disappointed!

Location is great Staff is very nice and helpful Breakfast was coffe , muffins, donuts and waffles in a clean area with tables and everything you need . The place is old and dated but is according with the price

Already reviewed. Staff was very helpful, quality inn should be ashamed. The place was awful doors were dirty, external walls dirty, water leaking everywhere. It looked like an hourly rate motel… how Expedia lists it is beyond comprehension. Obviously the inn makes money and doesn’t reinvest in its upkeep. Beds were the only thing that appeared cleaned. Very very disappointed.

While the location was old. The staff was wonderful.
