Hated the management was supposed to give me money back they charged me for a dog fee the second night and not the first night when I walked in with my dog then they charged me $84 cancellation fees and I closed out early because they wouldn't change rooms I had a handicap room which I couldn't use the shower cuz it was too low the toilet was too low and a shower couldn't stay in the shower never traded rooms for me

We had a concerning experience during breakfast on 12/25/2025. My family and I discovered that the bread served had visible mold/fungus on it. My wife immediately alerted the staff, and the bread was replaced, but this situation was deeply alarming. It raises serious questions about the hygiene standards of food preparation at a hotel that is supposed to be reputable.
This incident significantly impacted our overall experience, and I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously to prevent it from happening again in the future

The day time service representative "Jose" seen us coming in thru the doors from outside or coming down the hall, he was always attentive to our presence and made sure our accommodations were being met! Impeccable service!!
