Sam at the front desk was polite and accommodating. We wanted a walk-in shower and he was able to meet our needs.
Great Place to Stay!
This was our second stay at this Quality Inn University Gainesville FL. Again the staff went over and above to make sure our needs were meet! All the staff were great and treated us like family. So in the immediate future we will be making another trip to Gainesville and we will be staying at this inn!

Courteous & helpful front desk. Great work station but BROKEN hydraulics so could not elevate! Also handle in lever appeared chewed. Otherwise, adequate for my needs & price.

Barely average - lots of details need improvement from the dented trash cans to the barely clean bathroom there was lots not to love. The desk clerk was helpful with an adjustment to the reservation from a king room to a double...other than that most aspects were disappointing.
Skimpy breakfast, maids carts sitting around all day, corner grime, barely adequate counter space in the room, only four hangers, etc. Won't stay here again.

People hanging around the area was a little sketchy parking lot seemed to be a drop off location as the vehicles did not always park. They were helpful in giving us a room near a side exit which made it convenient to excerse our service dogs

Older facility but no real problem. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Young girl at front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast bar was limited and no napkins. It met my needs for a one night sleep at that price.

Nice room overall apart from a hideously uncomfortable armchair. Even though it was a chilly evening, we had to open the door to air the room out because the scent of air freshener was overwhelming.
