This was our first time staying here and we were pretty impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of yummy items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only issues I had was the mini fridge in the room not being cold (no way to change the temp) and the parking around the hotel. There were only a few spots under the detached hotel building, and the rest were up for grabs on the street, and those filled up quick if you weren't there early enough.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again when we come back next year!

Simple but ok hotel for a one night stay before getting on the ferry. Room smelled a little musty. Very clise to the Black Ball ferry terminal.
