Best stop ever with large dogs! Our check in was pleasant and smooth. Parking was abundant. A back door entrance for the dogs was ideal since we arrived late. Then, best bed pillows ever! Great price.

Had paid for this accommodation 10 mths in advance. Motel changed hands and while our booking was in their system - the payment wasn’t. I had paid in full in booking. The man at the desk refused to let us stay and wanted us to pay again. Not at all happy. Thankfully Hotels.commuted this out and arranged alternative accommodation for us

Breakfast was horrible. In serious need of renovation and upgrade. Insects found in room.

There was no one working the desk when we arrived. The hotel have changed from Quality Inn to Scenic Inn since I had booked and when there finally was a front desk person, he could not tell me if I paid already. They were having a severe moth problem. Beds weren’t great. Hotel not in great shape.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Room and hotel were very clean.

The room was spotless, the staff was great with minimal hassle and the location was perfect. The view from the breakfast area was absolutely stunning in the morning.

Property is misrepresented by photos. The check-in process is you calling a number and a lady coming down to the lobby to hand you a key card They do not speak any English they cannot answer any questions about the property.

I thought I booked a room with a view. When we got to the room I opened the curtains/ they were falling apart… ripped/shredded. No view. Went back to desk and stayed thought I had a view room. Nope I was told. So I paid more money to get a room with a view. That room was dirty… stained carpet, popcorn and ? On floor. Plus that YV didn’t work. Went down stairs again, phones didn’t work… a person was sent up to the room to fix the tv. Yeice, he came to the room. He didn’t forks English. Tv still didn’t work. Again back to the deck. Oh, the tv could not be fixed. And, man said, oh yeah, I did see that you had booked a view room in the first place. Moved rooms shin, back to a no room view.. as although there might have been two other parties staying there that was the only room stay. Oh, we went to have a cocktail and to eat- well the restaurant/ bar was closed. Even thought the advertising stated the facility had on site/ available. In addition, there were signs in door d out happy hours, by restaurants door and in all three rooms. WiFi never worked also. I asked the virtual (on co Computer screen person) about WiFi- he could not help. I asked one person in breakfast room s out WiFi, she didn’t speak English. And the same person now at the desk, as I asked the remote person for a bill said to do this, this, and this and in front of him I showed him none of those things worked. Further he gave me no bill as I booked third party. He would give me nothing to state I ever stayed….

Really dumpy place and the occupancy reflects it. The clerk wouldn’t give me a view room despite being nearly empty. Furniture was all beyond worn and likely made in the 80’s!
