Room clean front desk very nice

The room was alright. Clean and spacious. The bathroom just needs an upgrade. It took me a minute how to use the shower. Plus the tub was badly stained.

People partying late at night outside my room window couldn’t sleep called desk several times no response not good for the price I was charged.

The only good thing about this hotel was the lovely front desk girl named Lily. The hotel room itself was outdated. The room “looked” clean at first glance, but as soon as we settled in, we noticed the splashes of who knows what on the walls, especially in the restroom. The fixtures are OLD with rust all over. The TV in the bedroom must have been a 16 inch with no option to stream our Netflix account. As we were getting ready to leave for an errand, we noticed that the automatic door was not locking. It shut all the way, but the locking system was not working. We had to close the door at least five times for it to actually lock. It’s also not in the quietest neighborhood. We were actually visiting for a coworkers wedding. She recommended this hotel. She must hate me otherwise why would she not recommend the Hilton or even the Studio 6 hotel that looked much nicer from the outside, and right across the street!? Anyway, I would not recommend this place to a friend or a family member. But like I said, Lily was extremely friendly!

Although an older facility, their to priority is cleanliness. Bed was neatly made, bath areas were spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
