I got in the room there was no closer or iron or hair dryer, they wanted a 100 deposit, I was not aware or maybe I didn't see that when booking but it had a creepy hall to my room and it smelled like bleach and urine. I checked out a few hours later. 250.90 down the drain

After a long trip, it was very disappointing to get into a room with a dirty toilet. Literally, I was able to see the butt crack painted in the rim of the toilet and poop splash inside. I was lucky to find the cleaning lady right outside to help us clean, who mentioned that employees have to go into the room's toilets because they do not have a special one for them. This is definitely not good.

Our room was not ready at check-in time. The desk clerk did not review all the amenities or where the dog area was located. It is right near a busy intersection so it was noisy. The room was not well maintained - shabby. Our first morning there a woman broke a couple windows on the car next to ours with a sledge hammer. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

Asked for king size bed. We got a queen.
Front door was difficult to open. No lighting outside door. Towels had stains and were worn and thin. No closet. Not happy.

The room was missing some very basic things, like a shelf in the shower for soap, a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang your clothes on. There were no coat hangers in the room. I asked the front desk for an iron and ironing board, they didn't have one. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
