I booked 2 rooms online, i got there, they only had 1 room and it didn’t have A/C. then put a hold on my card for the amount for BOTH rooms when i didn’t even stay there.

Waiting on Customer to pay as one of the guests I arrived early -C° outside freezing waters pipes everywhere snowing got put outside to wait and it being my Mother and everyone walking already reserved waiting too see her ID and get the cash me and my male cuddles had to sleep in death freeze weather while waiting on paying reserved customer whom had the cash

No heat in the rooms they put me in one it’s was clod air coming out then the moved me to another room and the same damn thing I will never stay there no more poor customer service 😟😟

Yes my toilet was stopped up the whole stay I had no t.v. or refrigerator and when I asked they said they would send someone but never did.

For the price I didn't expect anything fancy or even average, but the conditions of this hotel are completely unacceptable. Got our key card and made our way to the building across the front desk ignoring all the shady ppl surrounding the place not thinking much of it. As soon as we enter the hallway, the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face. The hallway and walls looked dirty and run down. It was clear people were living there. Dude across from our room was banging in the door asking for someone, other ppl were just hanging around. Some other guys approached my husband trying to sell random stuff. I've been around drug addicts before so I KNOW exactly what was going on in this hotel. Absolutely nothing about the situation felt safe, especially since we had our son with us. Our key card didn't even work and before we made it back to the front desk we quickly decided we would rather sleep in the car than stay one more second in that place. I was genuinely shocked at the conditions. Thankfully despite the no refund policy, Expedia made a huge effort on our part and made sure we got our refund so I am greatful for that.

Everything. Room had a horrific smell, made our children throw-up. Did not feel safe at this hotel - we left immediately.

The girl behind the front desk couldn’t get her ff her phone long enough to check us in. She was texting and I was standing there for a while. This place is atrocious, IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! Everything smelled of STRONG urine and everything was broken including our hot water and tv

There were signs of roaches when we first checked in but I looked and didn’t see anything until we woke up and there was a 4 inch roach on the floor upside down. I’ll never go to motel 6 or 8 again

The room was awful the I booked a non smoking room and when I walked in the room there were cigarette burn holes in the blankets and there were roach bugs and the hallway carpet looks like it's been there for 30 plus years and TV in the room didn't work light fixtures looked old and rusted up never will we stay again

This is the worst place I have ever seen. I had to leave. The room was so nasty. Nothing like photos that a was online. This place had people smoking all over the property including the check-in off.
