My granddaughter, her friend and I stayed two nights. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The best thing about our stay was the location. Eight minutes frim the beach and shopping close by. We had a great time! Will stay at this place again.The manager even helped me to get my gps on my car display!

It is tourist season here in Grand Haven. I booked my room with Hotels.com and was told that there was a computer glitch. I was asked to leave and work it out with Hotels.com. I told them I would not leave without a full refund.

We couldn’t go as door on our car broke and my grandson spent fixing that. We were packed and leaving but I needed to use the bathroom first. Wouldn’t you know that it overflowed, and guess who needed to get that in working order??? I’d love my money back to use different night because of all our troubles. I guess that’s up to you.

It's an older property. From the sounds of it at check-in, it went through renovations. I would stay there again just because of the convenience.

They apparently don't change linens until after your stay is complete. I asked for a minimum of fresh towels and after 5 days and 2 requests I went to the laundry area and they changed them there. My room was not touched for 6 consecutive days.

The beds were soft, a/c worked well, microwave and fridge were clean. Needed more blankets, not the cleanest. Hair in the sink and on counter when we 1st got there. Sheets not super clean. Had to keep the top sheet down. Very quiet and good parking.

Clean, comfortable rooms, with polite and friendly staff. It is located on the highway, so be aware it can be noisy and busy. We stay here almost every time we're in town.
