Great room for a great price
I had a great stay at the Sleep Inn in Bend. The rooms were clean, well maintained and nicely updated, exactly what you hope for when booking something more affordable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. I didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked like a solid standard spread and much more appealing than what you sometimes see at similar hotels. Overall, a really good value and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet room. Close to St Charles Medical Center so it is a convenient place to stay if you are having surgery or a treatment. Check in was great - asked for a 1st floor room and she made sure it was on ground level and close to the exit to make it easier to get to the car. I always like it when hotels have their shampoo and conditioners in the shower in pump bottles to decrease the amount of plastic in the tiny plastic bottles.

The front desk person was acted like we were a burden when we checked in for our stay. She wasnt friendly at all and took a long time to check us in, she shouldnt be working customer service because she lacks the skills to do the job effectively. Secondly, our room smelled. It had a bodily oder smell and we've stayed in a enough places to know yoi get used to it but is wasnt very clean in the room either. Stains on the walls anf i dont think it gets cleaned properly. Also, there's really loud music playing from a bar near by that will keep you up late. We ended up checking out 5 hours early. Terrible breakfast too.

We paid about $60 for our 1 night stay. The room was clean and served our purpose. They had a free breakfast downstairs and the staff was pleasant. We will be back. The only negative was it was very small, no big deal, I will remember to bring a blanket since I need more weight on me than a sheet a thin bedspread. We noticed they also had a pool which was not open in February and a small outdoor hot tub which I believe was available but outside.
